Complete the form on this page to enrol your school in the WMnet MindManager Project. Once the details have been checked, you will be issued by e-mail with a single licence key, which you may use once in school and once for your personal computer or laptop. The email will also contain the password to enable your copies of MindManager Smart.

By enrolling in the project you agree to take part in four brief on-line questionnaires about the use of MindManager in school, numbers of installations etc. The personal details you enter will be held securely by the West Midlands RBC and made available to M-Urge, the distributors of the software, for this purpose. They will not be communicated to any other commercial organization.

In addition to one free copy of MindManager Enterprise, participation in the project gives your school the right to further copies of MindManager Enterprise at a very substantial discount and free upgrades until the next major release.

The following fields are mandatory and must be completed.
Name of School The name of your school.
Address


Enter the address of your school here, EXCEPT the post code (see below).
Post Code Enter the post code for your school.
Your LEA
and School DfES Number		 First select your LEA from the drop-down box, then enter the DfES number of your school.
Named Contact in the School The full name of the person within your school who will act as the contact point on matters relating to the MindManager project.
Contact's Job Title Select the title of the school contact from the drop-down box.
Contact Phone Number A telephone number for the school contact.
Contact E-mail Address The e-mail address of the school contact.
Estimated number of PCs on which MindManager Smart will be installed Enter the estimated number of PCs on which MindManager Smart will be installed within your school.
